
This is Liquid Crack
After being introduced through our experimental sauce program, The EX (and brought back again), I've finally made Crack Sauce a permanent fixture of the Saucy Dan's lineup. Inspired by the flavors of southeast Asia (think Thailand's Prik Nam Pla or Vietnam's Nước chấm), Crack Sauce is bursting with umami, citrus, sweet and heat, which makes it very moreish.
My version is made with fish sauce & lime with the heat coming from ghost peppers and habeneros. I call it crack sauce because it's fast acting and addictive - no one has been able to get enough of it since I made the first bottle, and it goes super fast whenever I have a bottle open at my house.

Ingredients:
Lime juice, fish sauce (salt & anchovy), habanero chili, carrots, ghost pepper, honey, garlic, brown sugar.
Note: Crack Sauce is NON VEGAN
