The EX VOL. 15 - Soft Core Corn (Sour Corn Lime)
This is a mashup corn in two ways - grilled and fermented. One adds smokey creaminess and the other sour sweetness. Then combined with lots of lime to elongate the tanginess, and a bunch of hot fermented peppers (habanero, big mustard mamas, and red jalapenos). Then balanced with a bit of umami from some seaweed. The result is part margarita, part mexican street corn, part japanese dashi soup.
The EX VOL. 14 - Dill Pickle (only a handful of bottles left!)
Vibe: If you are like me, you like pickles. Not the sweet vinegar crap you find in the grocery store, but proper crisp and salty dill pickles. If I go to a burger spot and they offer extra pickles, you know damn sure I'm getting them. Hell I'll buy an extra burger just to get an extra pickle. Now you can get that sour salty flavor bomb directly in hot sauce form with the latest edition of the EX. I've fermented my own batch of dill pickles and added some heat in the form of jalapenos, and a few habeneros to give you the pickle perfect sauce that has heat but isn't overwhelming the pickle flavor.
